JD - Team Leader - Building Control
You will assist the Regulatory Services Manager with mentoring, coordination, and oversight of the Building Control Team, supporting a collaborative, proactive, and high-performing team environment.
This position can be based in either Cromwell or Alexandra, offering flexibility within a modern and digitally enabled workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day coordination, mentoring, and technical leadership to the Building Control team.
- Assisting the Regulatory Services Manager in achieving compliance and performance goals.
- Promote efficiency, innovation, and customer-focused practices across all Building Control functions.
- Contribute to accreditation and support continuous improvements in system, process, and staff capability.
- Champion Council’s health and safety practices and promote a culture of wellbeing and mutual respect.
