What you'll be doing:
Alexandra Libraries Team Leader Job Description
Oversee the three libraries that make up the Vincent area: Alexandra, Clyde and Omakau.
40 hours per week, including rotational Saturday work.
Plan and deliver community programmes, events and partnerships that meets the needs of all of our Vincent library communities.
Supporting and developing staff to ensure they have the tools, confidence, and capability to excel.
Model excellent customer service skills
Manage budgets and financial processes accurately.
Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld across all library sites.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for:
Library experience and/or tertiary qualification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.
Financial management capability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Current full driver’s licence.
Flexibility to work across the district
