Do you love the water and enjoy helping others grow their confidence and skills? CODC is looking for an enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team! This role includes weekend shifts across both our Alexandra and Cromwell pool locations, with opportunities for additional casual weekday hours.
About you:
- A certified swim instructor qualification — or a willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive, can‑do attitude
- The ability to motivate and encourage swimmers of all abilities
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed
