Are you passionate about aquatic safety and community wellbeing? We're looking for a dedicated Pool Crew Member to join our team at the Cromwell Pool.

Pool Crew Job Description 

We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us. Your main job will be to keep our facility safe and fun for everyone. You'll need top-notch customer service skills, clear communication, and a practical approach. Shifts include mornings and evenings, across a 7-day rotating roster.

This full-time position offers 32 hours per week on a 7-day rotating roster, providing a great opportunity to support a vibrant aquatic environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Confident swimming ability – able to swim 8 lengths of the pool within 6 minutes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
