About you: 

• Ability to swim 200m in under 6 minutes (required for lifeguard roles)
• No prior lifeguard experience necessary — full training and qualification support provided
• Confidence in and around water
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Reliability and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience desirable for the Aquatics Supervisor role
