As a member of our Cromwell Pool team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safe while providing a friendly and welcoming experience. You’ll be part of a busy aquatics team that delivers lifeguarding, customer service, Learn to Swim and community-focused programmes.
About you:
- Have a positive, friendly and reliable attitude.
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
- Have good communication and customer service skills.
- Are confident working around water and with the public.
- Can remain calm and focused in busy situations.
- Have a practical, hands-on approach.
- Are willing to learn and complete the required training.
- Previous lifeguarding or aquatics experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
