The Central Otago District Council is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Capital Projects team in beautiful Alexandra.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of individual projects within our Three Waters Capital Works Programme. You'll work "shoulder to shoulder" with a supportive team, ensuring our community receives compliant, sustainable water services.
About you:
We are looking for a collaborative professional who excels at building relationships and meeting deadlines. To be successful, you should have:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A recognised Project Management qualification or specialised training.
- Sound knowledge of engineering design/construction standards and documentation.
- High-level communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A current, valid NZ driver’s license.
