As Swim School Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation, quality, and growth of our swim school programmes, working closely with instructors, aquatic teams, and administration staff to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality lessons across all sites. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior swim teacher or co-ordinator ready to step into management.
This is a management role that still keeps you connected to the pool deck.
About you:
- You are someone who brings energy, structure, and calm leadership to busy environments.
- Proven experience as a swim school teacher
- AUSTSWIM qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in swim school administration or programme coordination
- Demonstrated leadership experience, or readiness to step into a management role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working both on deck and in the water
- Flexibility to work across multiple pool locations
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
