We are on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Pool Crew member to join the team at Roxburgh Pool for the remainder of the summer season.
This is a short fixed-term contract, working up to 32 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and running through until the end of the season in April. Hours and employment type can be flexible, with part-time or casual options available to suit your availability.
There is also the opportunity for ongoing work at Alexandra Pool once the Roxburgh season finishes, as well as the potential to return for the next summer season.
As part of the Pool Crew, you will help keep the pool running smoothly and safely for our community. This is a hands-on role with a good mix of responsibility, teamwork, and customer interaction.
Key responsibilities:
Pool supervision and customer service
Assisting with day-to-day pool operations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
Minium 32 hours per week on a fixed-term basis or Part Time
Immediate start through to April
PLPC (Lifeguard training) provided
First Aid training provided
Employment and start date will be subject to a satisfactory Police Vetting check being returned.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Is reliable, positive, and enjoys working with people
Can work weekends and rostered shifts
Is comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Has good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous pool or aquatic experience is helpful but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
